As we get into the heart of the fall season and leaning towards the colder months of the year, couples are now preparing to make plans for their weddings next summer. Portland Catering Company had the opportunity to be a part of two wonderful bridal shows this month: The Rose City Bridal Showcase at the convention center and the Northwest Wedding Professionals bridal show at Pacific Crest Grand ballroom in Oregon City. At these shows we were able to get into contact with many brides, a few grooms.

At these two shows we featured our newest treat from our kitchen, a 34 inch tall Sephra chocolate fountain. This is no ordinary chocolate fountain, when the switch is flipped the chocolate flows down the three tiers creating a blanket of premium semi sweet chocolate for your dipping pleasure. We offered three simple dipping items for guests who visited our booth to try; strawberries, marshmallows, and pretzels. Yum!
