Our three layer lasagna baked with seasoned beef, Ricotta cheese and tomato sauce.

Sautéed chicken with fresh broccoli and Alfredo sauce.

Sautéed boneless breast of chicken with fresh garlic, onions, peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes in a zesty marinara sauce.

Breaded chicken filled with ham, Swiss cheese and herbs.

Breaded boneless breast of chicken topped with a zesty marinara sauce and Mozzarella cheese.

Chicken Piccatta
Sautéed boneless breast of chicken in a lemon caper wine sauce.

Breaded and shallow fried, topped with our home-style marinara sauce and melted Mozzarella cheese.

London Broil
Fresh flank steak marinated in garlic and rosemary, slowly roasted and thinly sliced. Mushroom demi-glace.

Roast Striploin of Beef

Tender slices of lean striploin of beef, slowly roasted.  Au Jus.

Roasted BBQ Pork Loin

We start with our own dry rub then we marinate and slow roast a tender lean loin of pork and top it with our own BBQ sauce.

Teriyaki Chicken Breast
Roasted breast of chicken marinated in a ginger teriyaki sauce. Served over jasmine rice with sweet pineapple and scallions.

Vegetable Florentine
A medley of summer vegetables tossed with fresh spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasonings and garlic.
